Warehouse/Storehouse Assistant
Job Responsibilities and Duties
· Keep track of receipts, records, and store withdrawals.
· Unloading, receiving, and shelving goods.
· Carry out additional stock-related tasks, such as labelling, packing, and returning supplies.
· Look for damage or inconsistencies in deliveries and incoming stock.
· To ensure effective stock management, keep stock on hand and organise its content based on type etc.
· Manage all documents and maintain adequate record-keeping to validate proper stock levels and uphold inventory management.
· Carefully operate the warehouse equipment, such as the forklift and other tools to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
· Maintain the warehouse's cleanliness to guarantee that best practises are constantly followed with regard to safety, equipment upkeep, stock preservation, and other factors.
Requirements
· Candidate must possess at least a certificate, SPM or equivalent.
· 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferable however fresh graduates are welcomed.
· Result oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
· Must possess own transport, have license to drive 3 Tan, 1 Tan lorry and willing to travel if required.
· Computer literate, with emphasis on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
· Knowledge in SAGE UBS will be an advantage.
Technical and On-the-Job Trainings will be provided
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,124.46 - RM2,858.28 per month
