Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Have an authorized Food Handling Certificate
- 18 years old and above
- Have extensive knowledge about cigars
- Have good communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous, personalized, attentive, sincere, consistent guest service and hospitality by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, request & complaints.
- Report for work in proper attire and dress code; prepared for duty.
- Have a good and growing knowledge of Cigars, working to improve Cigar knowledge.
- Maintain open and clear communication with all customers.
- Ensure guest satisfaction with all items served and make any necessary adjustments if needed.
- Maintain cigar lounge area to established standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
