  • Online customer service through - various platforms
  • Appointment scheduling, tracking & confirmation
  • Handling incoming calls
  • Registration
  • Appointment management

Requirement:

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Able to speak Mandarin
  • Willing to travel occasionally
  • Interpersonal skill
  • Pleasant personality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

  • Attendance bonus
  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • English (Preferred)
  • Malay (Preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (Preferred)
  • Night Shift (Preferred)
