Job Summary:
Employee’s primary duty is to assist and responsible for the effective implementation of the Company’s overall marketing and sales strategy, which include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. You need to work with Sales Director & support team to realise predefined sales target and profitability. You must have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our products and services through personal visit / presentation, phone and email. You must also be a keen note-taker who is adaptable, optimistic and have a great work ethic.
Job Scope:
1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop sales strategy, and plan marketing & sales activities for effective implementation of the Company’s long-term revenue and profit objectives.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensure that their needs / enquiries / complaints / feedback / other fulfilment is met, and identify new business opportunities.
3. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities, monitor industry trends, and stay informed about the competition.
4. Sales Forecasting: Analyse sales data and forecast future sales trends to ensure the company meets its revenue and profit objectives.
5. Budget Management: Manage the sales budget, including sales expenses and marketing costs. Ensure collection of debts in a timely manner.
6. Reporting: Submit regular sales reports (via CRM) to management, including potential sales data, customer feedback, and market analysis.
7. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with customers, and distributors.
8. Product Development: Work with the product development team to identify and develop new products that meet customer needs and expand the company's product line.
9. Sales Promotion: Develop and execute sales promotion campaigns, such as discounts, rebates, exhibitions or conferences, to increase sales and customer retention.

Requirement:
· Minimum Degree in Marketing/Business/Multimedia/Public Relation or other equivalent disciplines
· Minimum two years working experience in marketing, sales, advertising or related fields is preferred
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese with proven ability to represent company in external meetings
· Ability to be multiple tasks, prioritise them and meet tight deadlines
· Able to work independently, action and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable in fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
· Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
· Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
