Responsibilities

- Responsible for organize the warehouse areas, making the best and most efficient use of space and managing the daily warehouse activities
- Interact with the transporter and third-party transporter for transport arrangement
- Responsible for inventory management include inventory movement, stock counting, stock control and other inventory matter
- Monitor warehouse staffs to perform stock count by daily physical counts and corrective actions taken to rectify the errors on a timely basis
- Prepare the goods defected or damaged report, pallet report, tote box report and etc
- Coordinate with Sales department to fulfil and manage sales order including packing, quality and scheduling of delivery
- Liaise with Demand & Supply department and warehouse inbound team regarding the inbound issue
- Align the schedule of inbound container with Trade Marketing department
- Monitor warehouse facilities such as pallet, tote box and etc
- Monitor and ensure all the physical stock is tally with the company warehouse system
- Support in order packing and delivery of goods for the customers of Company’s Lazada and Shopee
- Carry out the safety checking on truck and other material handling equipment used in warehouse operation
- Perform in any other functions when required and assigned from time to time by superior
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required
- Able to lead a team of warehouse and delivery personnel
- Computer literate in MS Office applications especially in Excel
- Experience in warehousing, transportation, inventory control, order shipping & billing process
- Able to work independently and effectively
- Pleasant personality and able to interact with all levels of people
