Our client is a leading retail chain store,specializing in the retailing and distribution of pharmaceutical products. Currently they are recruiting for an accounting qualified candidates to assume the role of Accounts Executive based at their corporate head office at Bandar Bukit Jalil.
Job Scope & responsibility
This is a good opportunity to a seasoned retail group. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will have responsibilities below:
Malaysian in age group 26-35.
Possess minimum LCCI Diploma in Accountancy.
The successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, preferably handling accounts within retail industry.
Proficient in use of computer applications.
Proficient in English.

- Preparation of monthly management accounts for a number of stores.
- Processing invoices and comparing with goods received.
- Balance sheet reconciliation.
- Cash flow management.Assist in preparation of full set of accounts.
- Prepare, maintain and monitor:
- Inter-company billings branch transfer.
- Supplier and Accounts reconciliation
- Fixed asset.
- Assist in preparation of GST.
