We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Lead Business Development to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
LEAD GENERATION

- Consistently generate new and quality leads to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
- Identify potential customers through research and outreach efforts to increase the company's customer base.
- Develop and maintain a database of leads and customer information.
SALES
- To nurture sales leads and guiding them through the sales process to successful closure.
- To successfully close sales leads to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
COLLABORATE WITH BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAM
- To identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Share market trends, and customer feedback or insights for • New programme development.
- Strategic market positioning.
- Effective sales strategies.
- To plan and manage sales & marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
ADMINISTRATIVE
- Comply with the requited HRD Corp-related document submissions, • Collection of sales revenue in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions, sales activities, and other related data.
- Attend weekly Sales meetings to update the company on Sales Pipeline and Sales Action Plan.
- Attend and support conferences or events to promote company services.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
