· Attend to walk-in customers, handle phone calls and email enquiries in a professional and prompt manner. ( Training will be provided )
· Provide service advisory and explaining admission requirement and procedures to customers.
· Liaising and coordinating with fellow colleagues on the service status of customers.
· Handle feedback from customers with good closure.

· Assist in the billing, collection of payment and handling of day-end settlement.
· Tactfully and professionally follow up with customers, to elicit timely repayments.
· Support daily centre operational administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM Level, Diploma, Degree of relevant field of study (Business).
- Possess good communication and positive attitude.
- Fluent in English.
- PC literature with proficiency in computer skills.
- Experience as customer service role will be an added advantage.
