Customer coordinator and admin


 

· Attend to walk-in customers, handle phone calls and email enquiries in a professional and prompt manner. ( Training will be provided )

· Provide service advisory and explaining admission requirement and procedures to customers.

· Liaising and coordinating with fellow colleagues on the service status of customers.

· Handle feedback from customers with good closure.

· Assist in the billing, collection of payment and handling of day-end settlement.

· Tactfully and professionally follow up with customers, to elicit timely repayments.

· Support daily centre operational administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM Level, Diploma, Degree of relevant field of study (Business).
  • Possess good communication and positive attitude.
  • Fluent in English.
  • PC literature with proficiency in computer skills.
  • Experience as customer service role will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
