Job Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with import activities (e.g., air freight, sea shipping)

• Communicating with customers and suppliers
• Providing customer support and resolving inquiries/issues
• Communicating with customers and suppliers
• Communicating with related departments and third-party transporters on the delivery of shipments to customers
• Online customer services
• Answering client demands and managing the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels

Recruitment.

• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in International Business/Business Administration/Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
• Good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a team player
• Knowledge in the logistics field is an advantage
• Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Creative thinking ability
• Negotiation skills and time-management abilities
• Ability to create, organize, and write documents
• Attention to detail
• Fluency in Mandarin is bonus
