- Min Diploma in Business Management or related
- Preferably with at least 1 year working experience in customer service role
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (oral and written)
- Conversant in other local dialects preferred and would be added advantage
- Computer literate (Microsoft office)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
