You are also required to perform these job functions: • Handle inquiries from customers and provide first contact resolution via various contact channels (emails/voice) in a timely and accurate manner • Provide accurate and efficient processing of reservations or support work relating to mileage redemption, ticketing related matters and effecting changes to schedules • Liaise with backend support or relevant departments for effective solutions to problem resolutions • Works effectively in a high energy, team-oriented environment • Share gained knowledge with team members, keep self up to date on any new product/program/promotional updates • Identifies and communicates trending or emergent issues through the appropriate channels • Execute service recovery actions resulting from service shortfalls at any contact channels • Maintain member accounts whenever there are changes in their profiles • Send program related collaterals and forms • Achieve KPI and productivity requirements
