Position : Human Resource

Salary : RM 1,600 – RM 1,800

Commission : Yes

Working hours : Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)

Job Descriptions

Conducts active and passive candidate searches externally to build a candidate pipeline via cold calling, social networking, data mining, resume databases, job postings, employee referrals, associations, and campus alumni
Serve as the first point of contact with applicants
Screen and shortlist potential candidates based on client’s requirements.
Assess candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Coordinate interview arrangements and assessments.
Consult with the Hiring Manager / HR teams regarding candidate selection
Draft, prepare, and post job announcements (to internal and external sites such social media platform, newspapers, colleges/universities and webpages & etc)
To build a new database to prospects a new clients
Performing any additional tasks assigned by management.

Requirement

· Minimum of a High school, Diploma, Degree, or a related field

· Highly driven, a team player with strong initiative and a passion for challenges

· Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
