We are seeking an experienced HRBP responsible for executing HR and admin strategies and policies. The candidate is expected to work closely with senior management and business unit leaders to implement talent development programs and transformation activities. Responsible for daily HR operations tasks, RHQ/HQ requirements and to assist the management to liaise with the internal and external auditors and various government bodies and agencies in order to meet human capital group objectives.

Job scope:

  • Responsible to deliver HR function and operations to ensure timely and accurate processing and updating, including but not limited to talent acquisition, talent development, learning and development and employee support and services.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive and competitive plan to attract and retain talent in the company. This includes recruiting and retention plans to support BU operations, compensation and benefits plans that are competitive in the market and performance management programs.
  • Collaborate closely with the management team to establish/improve a sound plan that corresponds to HQ/RHQ strategies and objectives for the company.
  • As HRBP to BUs to plan and support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives.
  • Manage the communication and actions between management and staffs to ensure continuous improvement in employee satisfaction rate and employee engagement.
  • Perform tasks as requested by RHQ/HQ.
  • Prepare management reports - review reports, draft explanations for reporting in manager meeting.
  • Liaise with tax consultant and internal auditors and provide explanation and clarification as required.
  • Review Company's Business Standard.
  • Liaison for Anti-Corruption and Export Control compliance officer.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job requirements:

  • Candidate must more than 5 years of working experience in HR Generalist role.
  • Candidate must be able to communicate well (spoken and written) in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders).
  • Familiar with using Workday HRMS.
  • Travel overseas twice a year to regional office.
  • Able to work independently, self-initiative, organized, resourceful, and able to adapt to new environment.
  • A team player and always focusing on the bigger goal.
