So what will you be doing?
- Receive and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Provide accurate information and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Monitor and track inventory levels, coordinating with the warehouse or procurement team to ensure product availability for sales orders.
- Assist with data entry in Accounting, WMS and ERP systems.
- Coordinate with third party logistics to ensure smooth operation and ensure outbound deliveries are completely handled.
- To perform any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required.

We do have a few job requirements that we will love to be upfront with you,
- Applicant must possess at least SPM, STPM or Diploma in related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and on job training will be provided
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage).
- Able to perform basic computer skills including Microsoft offices, email correspondences, internet browser etc.
