Position : Sales Coordinator (中文客服)
Location : Jalan Damansara, TTDI

Job Scope:

• Interface with local/overseas customers in planning, delivery and logistics requirement.
• Prepare Sales Order to factory, Billing Invoice, Quotation and Inventory Report to customers.
• Liaise with customers, handle customers enquiries, requests and complaints.
• Handle and monitor contingency shipments to customers.
• Managing and planning of stocks inventory
• Interfacing with factory sales support staff

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must Minimum Diploma & above
• Required language(s): English / Mandarin
• Knowledge of SAP preferred
• At least 2 years working experience in Customer Service Support or as Sales Coordinator is required for this position
