1. SPM/Certificate or Diploma In Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
2. To arrange the job allocation on daily basis, set the repair lead time for each job.
3. To repair the technical report if any case require to submit for management decision.
4. To lead the team and provide technical training, include on job training and trouble shooting.
5. To manage the logistic include machine, material delivery and return to workshop from site.
6. To ensure all the repair job properly done and the job to complete within the standard repair time, properly monitor the Work In Progress and with record.
