TBPOOL is a brand under Tunjang Barakah Sdn Bhd which was established in 2018. this 100% of bumiputera company is a swimming pool specialist who have successfully implemented various types of swimming pool and decorative pool for residential, commercial, recreational and rehabilitation purpose through out Malaysia especially Kelantan, Johor and Terengganu.

Requirement:

  • Min diploma or equivalent in Office Management, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or any related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this position
  • Good self-discipline, driven and motivated.
  • Able to multitask & fill in the gaps as and when required
  • Having a cheerful personality, friendly & polite
  • Possess good interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel
  • Willing to learn & pick up new things
  • Able to support multiple demands independently and meticulously
  • Able to cope well in a dynamic, fast-paced, and challenging work environment

Jobs Description:

  • Perform data entry
  • Office Cleanliness & Safety
  • Ensure proper filling of documentation and supporting evidence
  • Assist with general administrative tasks including answering of phone calls, greeting visitors, taking meeting minutes, photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, archiving, scanning, renaming, and saving quality management records.
  • Maintain and order office supplies and maintenance for office equipment and office supplies
  • Organize Company event etc hari raya celebration, annual dinner, birthday celebration, farewell party & team building.
  • Identify training needs in accordance with the organization needs
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedure
  • Planning & implementation of all training related activities
  • Reviewing the overall training practices and process improvement initiatives
  • Assist in talent management and competency of employee
  • Perform any other duties or tasks which being assigned by the superior / management from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
