- Issuing invoices, receipts, claims and making payments
- Basic account setup and hardware management
- Assisting our managers and employees
- In charge of office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities (eg. annual team meetings/dinner/leisure activity)

- Acceptable oral and written communication skills in English and BM
- Familiar usage of Google Sheets, Docs, Drive or its equivalent in Microsoft Office.
- Added advantage if you have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive administrative assistant and familiarity within our industry
- At least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
