Service Manager – IT
We are looking for Service Manager – IT
As a Service Manager – IT, we rely on you to
Monitor hotel network and guest network infrastructure and to ensure data integrity and system stability.
Responsible for on-site support for all IT related matters, provide quality service and assistance to all users.
Control system security , maintain accurate user accounts and access right update, review system back up process.
Carry out other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by IT Manager.
We are looking for someone who:
Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar capacity in a hotel environment.
Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline.
Knowledge in Active Directory, Infrasys, opera and hardware/software maintenance is also an advantage.
Good knowledge and hands-on experience in networking server projects.
Self motivated, team work and able to work independently.
Willing to work extended hours when required.
Effective bi-lingual English & Malay.
