Membership Consultant
General Summary
The Membership Consultant is an experienced, driven, and passionate sales person with a strong affinity for the fitness industry. They possess a deep understanding of translating Anytime Fitness' brand compliance into effective membership acquisition strategies that lead to increased member enrollment. The Membership Consultant is a charismatic communicator who instills confidence in franchisees and prospective members.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- conducting local market research, monitoring and recording pre-opening membership sales, and effectively implementing sales efforts as determined.
- The Membership Consultant reports directly to the Club Manager and provides day-to-day productivity reports.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Member Experience
- Pursue a gold standard of excellence.
- Present the Anytime Fitness business model in a consistent and memorable fashion and ensure that all junior sales team members are doing the same.
- Perform in accordance with Anytime Fitness' brand compliance strategies.
- Create an inviting and welcoming experience for prospective members.
Sales & Promotion
- Effectively meet and surpass sales targets as stipulated by Anytime Fitness.
- Oversee the effective execution of membership acquisition strategies.
- Design and implement promotional strategies to attract new members.
- Design and manage social media posts and responses effectively to engage and attract new members.
Experience
1. One year as a sales professional required
2. Experience in sales management preferred
3. Experience in the fitness or service industry preferred.

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
