Job Scope:
- Complete the machine (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start the production cycle
- Control and adjust machine settings (Eg Speed)
- Insert raw material or parts into semi-automatic machines
- Check parts with precision and measuring instruments
- Test the operation of the machine periodically
- Fix potential problems during shifting
- Check the output for any errors or shortcomings associated with the machine
- Ability to calculate, blank measurements, bending locations, measurements and appropriate appliance for each part formed
- Keep records of approved and defective end units or products.
Job Requirement:
- Experience in Turret Machine is required.
