Account Executive cum HR Admin


 
  • To perform full set accounting
  • Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
  • Present monthly financial analysis & report to Management
  • Handle day to day operations of accounting record & filling
  • Ensure accurate closing of accounts
  • Perform Tax Computation / Tax Estimation
  • Provide weekly cashflow report, monthly bank reconciliations & monthly creditor reconciliation
  • Control Petty Cash
  • Authorized Tax Invoice and Good Received Notes
  • Responsible for liaisons with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary, custom officers, IRB & etc
  • Take charge of all related companies accounts
  • Prepare of budget, process payments of invoices, staff expenses claims, staff reimbursement, petty cash claims
  • Responsible for year-end audit, prepare audit schedule and statutory financial statements
  • Help in payroll management, EPF, LHDN, Socso contribution, preparation and payment
  • Any other duties to be assigned from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (Preferred)
