Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma in any field.
  • At Least 1 year of working experiences in related field.
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is preferred.
  • Internet savvy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willing to travel to the bank, government authorities, and other places as requested.

Responsibilities:

  • To perform day to day general administrative tasks
  • Handle clients’ inquiries and provide assistance
  • Manage documents dispatch and received, and recording documents flow and filing.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for visitors and callers.
  • Manage the travel arrangement (flight booking & hotel reservations) for management.
  • Supervise the cleaner on the daily cleaning routine. Check the cleanliness of the office area and arrange the cleaner schedule.
  • Handle all liabilities licenses, poison licenses, business licenses and etc.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of office equipment.
  • Track the stock of office suppliers and place orders when necessary.
  • Verify all staff expenditure claims, mileage claims, and petty cash claims before submission to the Account department for payments.
  • Assist to arrange the meeting room and prepare the refreshment for monthly sales meetings.
  • Prepare phone call analysis report to HR manager for review.
  • Liaise with the Account department for any payment-related activities.
  • Liaise with Account payable to settle all claim payments, office supplier payments, petty cash and etc.
  • Acting as dispatch to the bank in the cheque for payment and deliver documents to government authorities or bank for submission.
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned/required by management from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
