Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Administrations, Science Social or Engineering.

- Minimum 5 years experience in Sourcing and recruitment for Oil & Gas Industry.
- Good in communication ( written,oral and etc especially in English )
- Expert in sourcing,reviewing, screening candidates /cv's for all technical and engineering positions related Oil & Gas industry ( offshore and onshore )
- Expert in Job matching and compliance with multinational Oil & Gas companies requirements and expectation.
- Good in negotiation skills ad interpersonal skills
- Familiar and have good business contacts with multinational Oil & Gas companies in Malaysia and other countries,with good marketing skills as well.
