You will be responsible in overseeing all aspects of the company's financial operations Full set of account management, including managerial accounting and bookkeeping tasks You will need to ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system Perform accounting-related duties such as bank reconciliations, finalization of accounts, cost accounting, and maintaining a proper filing system for financial records You will be responsible of accounting tasks such as preparing quotations, processing orders, generating invoices, issuing checks and handling payroll Monitor stock movement to prevent stockouts and support office administration work Keep a close eye on the company's expenditure, comparing it against the budget and cash flow to ensure cost-effectiveness Ensure that accounting records and systems comply with standard and statutory requirements Prepare monthly accounting reports, participate in budgeting activities, and provide managerial accounting insights to the management teamWe are contractors for building and infrastructure works and suppyling of building material.
