1. Manage hostel units and ensure compliance to government regulations
2. Perform and coordinate audit for all the hostel units
3. Create incident reports and follow up on the incident and share with the Management
4. Ensure occupants have a comfortable living environment

5. Ensure zero non-compliance in the hostel area
6. Get close to the occupants to understand if they are facing any issues
7. Conduct briefing on hostel regulation and procedures
8. Develop and enhance maintenance tracking reporting
9. Update and upkeep the checklist for all hostel required by the Management
10. Uphold the discipline of the occupants to follow rules and regulations that includes adherence to new normal SOP for Covid-19
11. Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management as and when required
REQUIREMENTS
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Administration/Management or equivalent
2. Good written and communication skills in English and Mandarin
3. Independent and good problem solving skills
4. Self-driven, take initiatives and responsible
5. At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the relevant field is required for this position
6. Preferably candidates with immediate availability
7. Full-Time position available
