HR ASSISTANT


 
  • To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities related to human resources as instructed by the superior.
  • Responsible for passport updating, work pass application, renewal, and cancellation for all workers.
  • Liaise with authority on Human Resources related matters such as.Jabatan Imegresen, Kementerian Dalam Negeri, & Jabatan Tenaga Kerja.

  • To arrange for foreign workers who are going back to their country whether for leave or check out.
  • Prepare hostel and daily necessities such as meal and drink container, mattress, pillow, blanket etc.
  • Send foreign workers for medical assistance if necessary.
  • To ensure efficient day-to-day HR operations.
  • Other ad-hoc HR duties and initiatives assigned.

Requirement (Qualification / Experience / Training):

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Proficient in computer software.
  • Able to start work immediately.
  • Able to work overtime.
  • Possess own transport with valid driving license B2/D.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)
