 Job Description 1) Restaurant Crew Service Department: - Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner - Deliver top quality customer service and assistance - Input orders into the POS and process payments accordingly - Maintain clean and organised work and dining areas - Serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu - Handle customer’s concerns and complaints professionally to resolve problems according to restaurant’s policy - Prepare hot and cold beverages as per orders - Possess good knowledge and understanding of the menu and be able to make recommendations - Able to follow instructions given by Lead / Supervisor Kitchen Department: - Maintain clean and organised work areas - Prepare ingredients and food items as per company’s SOP - Work efficiently to prepare customer’s orders in a timely manner and to the quality standards set by company - Storing ingredients according to food safety regulations - Assist in monitoring of inventory - Cleaning kitchen utensils and equipment - Clean and sanitize kitchen floors, surfaces and other cooking equipment periodically - Able to follow instructions given by Lead / Supervisor

SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
