1. Being able to define localized content strategy and establish a sustainable content ecosystem that fits local preferences through UGC efforts and creator partnership
2. Play a creative role in topic initiation and campaign designing and work with cross functions to push forward; and facilitate users to share their ideas freely, by ideation and promotion of creation tools
3. Responsible for identifying, onboarding, and developing creators, to drive the growth of content categories and creator success
4. Independently taking care of a medium-sized group of content creators, develop strategies for growing and retaining creators and foster strong relationships with them
1. Relevant work experience in in Content Creation or working with content creators/influencer agencies in lifestyle industry
2. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience with strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
3. Able to establish contact, build up trust with creators, and provide complete support on training and creator engagement activities while having passion and knowledge of local culture and happenings
4. Strong planning skills and learning ability, data-driven mindset with basic analytical skills
5. A team player who is accountable, can work under pressure, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
