WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Presenting Company to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails.
- To conduct market research and to identify business opportunities.
- Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities.
- Building networking and business relationships with potential customers.
- Establishing customer needs and selling products/solutions accordingly.
- Work from a define list of prospects to sign long-term partners for the car park business.
- To ensure that the business survey is performing in conformity to the project's requirement and to adhere to the department's required standard.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Having experiences in Sales & Marketing, Business Development and other related field will be added advantage.
- Strong negotiation and communication skill all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
- Possess own transportation.
- Willing to travel and meeting with potential customers.
