Marketing Assistant (Pet company open to zero experience)

The office is cat-friendly, and you can also bring pets to work (But they shouldn't be too noisy and need approval from the cat boss in the office) - ��5+1 days (working from home or any location at Saturday) 1) Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (with a 1-hour break in between) 2) Location: Taman Jernih, Bukit Mertajam, Penang - ��Job Positions: Customer Service, Marketing Assistant/Intern 1) Gender: Both male and female (female preferred) 2) Age: 17 to 39 years old 3) Requirements: Able to work long-term, SPM or equivalent qualification, no experience required, basic knowledge of operating mobile phones and computers (preferred skills in Google Cloud, Canva, and video editing like "CapCut"), on-the-job training will be provided. The most important qualities are a positive attitude, willingness to learn, self-discipline, and responsibility. Able to work independently. 4) Language proficiency: Basic communication skills in Chinese, Malay, and English are preferred. 5) Working environment: Air-conditioned and air-purified office space, cats will accompany you while working. The team consists of members born in the 1990s and 2000s. We encourage each other, have good communication, and provide more opportunities to excel. 6) Notes: The company will provide a laptop, and home-cooked meals will be provided for lunch (if you're not accustomed to it, you can buy your own). - ��[3-Month Internship Period (can be converted to full-time based on performance)] Internship salary: RM1800 *Personal Commission *Team Commission (With normal performance, additional commission of RM2000++ , excellent performance RM2500++ ) - ��[Full-time Employment after 3 months] Base salary: RM2000 *Personal Commission *Team Commission (With normal performance, additional commission of RM2400++ , excellent performance RM3000++ , Ultra performance RM4000-5000++ ) *EPF & SOSCO contributions *Special leave (8 days of paid leave per year) *Public holidays *Others: Birthday benefits, team building trips, pet tech product usage, monthly pet food allowance, high commission for sales, salary adjustment based on performance every six months.
