Requirements:
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Good understanding of application system flow and concepts.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting system issues and providing end-user support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with end users and application system providers.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level application system support, assisting end users with troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
- Collaborate with application system providers on new releases, updates, enhancements, and support cases.
- Participate in application system development and implementation activities, including testing and validation.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments of new application systems to determine their suitability for our organization.
- Schedule and deliver end-user training sessions to ensure users are proficient in utilizing the application systems.
- Perform month-end and year-end inventory system freeze activities, ensuring data accuracy and system stability.
- Maintain documentation of system issues, resolutions, and support procedures for future reference.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in application systems, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
