a) Provide resident care to achieve customer satisfaction. It is achieved by:
· Attending to resident needs or queries promptly
· To notify or report to superior, if unsure of any resident care
· Assists in activities daily living of patient eg. feeding, cleaning, patient positioning, back care and etc.
· To assist in providing emotional support and guidance
b) To ensure safe, clean and efficient working environment by being
· Responsible for tidying and maintaining cleanliness of the resident care home at all times
· Ensure all resources are in functioning order.
· To perform clerical duties
· To perform effective planning, provision and maintenance of resources
· To attend courses/ lectures relevant to job performance and development
· Reduce wastage
· To check inventory of equipment and report any issues ie. faulty equipment, stock issues and etc.
