- Job Title: Online Sales Representative
- Reports to: Sales Manager
- Job Summary: The Online Sales Representative is responsible for generating new sales opportunities and closing deals through online channels. This includes responding to customer inquiries, qualifying leads, and providing excellent customer service.
- Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
Qualify leads and determine their buying potential.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Close deals and generate new sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Qualifications:
Diploma in business or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
