  • Performing inventory inspection and ordering supplies and stock as necessary.
  • Inspection stock and reporting any faults.

  • Updating and maintaining record of orders, payment, received stock and invoice.
  • Coordinating with delivery team and following up delayed or orders that have been rescheduled.
  • Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing record.
  • In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on purchase order delivery and shipment schedule.
  • Monitor stock levels and get approval from HOD to place orders.
  • Schedule production plan with manufacturers and ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers or forwarding agents.
  • Monitor delivery and coordinating with warehouse team.
  • In charge daily operations intercompany order, delivery & invoicing.
  • To ensure all the products are follow requirement before loading.
  • Establishing good relationship with vendors & internal parties.
  • Follow up closely product certificate with person in charges.
  • Follow up supplier invoice before due date.
  • All task instructed by superior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
