Admin Assistant
Industry: Internet Cafe
Salary Package: RM 1800 – RM 2300
Working Location: Work From Home
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9am-6pm or 12pm to 9pm (1 rest hour) [Actual working hours will be confirmed in interview section]

Job Scope:
- Attend or reply to general correspondence, draft of circular or business report and prepare business presentation
- Handling and executing paperwork with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring smooth operations
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Create and maintain filing systems
- Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Must have at least Diploma in any field
- Must have at least 1 years of relevant experience to be able to perform the job scope
- Must stay in Johor Bahru area to be convenient to collect needed devices
- Must have own laptop/desktop and Internet connection
- Must have the computer skills to use Microsoft Office
- Independent, committed, proactive, possess initiative, able to multitasking and willing to learn
- Must be able to speak & writing in Bahasa Melayu and English/Chinese
- Able to speak & writing in Chinese will be added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
