Job Descriptions:

· Calendar Management: Scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and events, both professional and personal, and ensuring the employer's schedule is optimized.

· Travel Arrangements: Booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for business trips and personal vacations.

· Communication: Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence on behalf of the employer, including drafting responses when necessary.

· File and Data Management: Organizing and maintaining important documents, files, and databases to ensure easy access and retrieval.

· Task Coordination: Collaborating with other team members or staff to delegate tasks, follow up on progress, and ensure deadlines are met.

· Personal Errands: Assisting with personal errands, such as shopping, banking, and various household tasks.

· Event Planning: Coordinating and organizing events, meetings, or social gatherings as required.

· Research: Conducting research on specific topics and presenting findings to aid decision-making.

· Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information related to the employer's personal and professional matters.

· Office Management: Ensuring the smooth operation of the employer's office, including supplies management and equipment maintenance.

Job Requirement:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

· Prior experience in administrative roles, executive assistance, or similar positions is highly advantageous.

· The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently is crucial.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the PA will be handling communication on behalf of their employer.

· Proficiency in using computers, various software applications, and digital tools for scheduling, communication, and data management.

· Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the utmost sensitivity and discretion.

· Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks and appointments are completed promptly.

· The capability to handle unexpected changes and adapt quickly to new situations.

· Being proactive and anticipating the employer's needs to provide efficient support.

· The ability to work well with others, including colleagues, clients, and partners.

· Being resourceful and capable of finding solutions to challenges as they arise.

· Willingness to work beyond regular hours or travel with the employer, if required.

· Height Requirement is 162 CM and above and can speak and write in several language (Cantonese, Mandarin, English , Malay)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
