Job Description :
- Answering client correspondences through email, social media, and by phone.
- Relaying extensive product information to customers.
- Fill up customer records, including contact information.
- Passing customer leads to relevant sales team departments.
- Conducting surveys and writing reports based on customer feedback on products and services.
- Providing customers with clear instructions to resolve issues.
- Rerouting customer calls to other departments when advanced solutions are needed.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, Malay, Chinese language.
Requirement :
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position or Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willing to learn and adopt new challenge quickly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Candidates with working experience in customer service is added advantage Microsoft (Excel)
