Job Description :

  • Answering client correspondences through email, social media, and by phone.
  • Relaying extensive product information to customers.
  • Fill up customer records, including contact information.
  • Passing customer leads to relevant sales team departments.
  • Conducting surveys and writing reports based on customer feedback on products and services.
  • Providing customers with clear instructions to resolve issues.
  • Rerouting customer calls to other departments when advanced solutions are needed.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English, Malay, Chinese language.

Requirement :

  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position or Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Willing to learn and adopt new challenge quickly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Candidates with working experience in customer service is added advantage Microsoft (Excel)
