Factory Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of production and leading a team during the work shift. This role is instrumental in driving manufacturing excellence, ensuring adherence to safety standards, maintaining product quality, optimizing costs, and meeting service levels. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of ownership, action orientation, and commitment to achieving outstanding results.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree, with ideally a specialization in Engineering, or Food Science;
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Experience in leading teams.
- Languages: Local - Fluent; English – Basic; Chinese -- plus point
- Experience and evidence of developing a team to deliver results.
- Profound knowledge and experience in Operational Excellence methodologies.
- Knowledge of manufacturing software and MS Office.
