Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issue related to the company’s products
Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
To be successful in this role, the candidates will need to have:
Good communication skills (Based on project language requirements).
SPM leavers interested in starting their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided.
Candidates are required to work on rotational shifts. Will be given 1 day off in a week.
Working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
