Job Description

  • Communicate effectively with Management and Hiring Manager to determine hiring needs, position specifications and work requirements.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, such as online job posting, social media, referrals programmes, etc.
  • Organise internal/ external/ virtual career fairs, recruitment road shows and walk-in interview.
  • Prepare recruitment material and post jobs advertisement to appropriate recruitment channel.
  • Pre-screen applications, review candidates' resume and profile, conduct initial screening to assess candidates' qualifications to determine the suitability.
  • Forward suitable applicants to Hiring Manager, follow-up with on the selection outcome and update the Recruitment Trackers.
  • Schedules and arrange interview with the selected candidates.
  • Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process, including prepare Letter of Appointment.
  • Collect acceptance Letter of Appointment, Family Particulars Form, Insurance Nomination Form, and any new hire related documents from the new joined employee and submit to Payroll Team for processing.
  • Enroll new joined employees into company's insurance scheme.
  • Assist to prepare Recruitment Monthly Report, Manpower Budget Report, Recruitment Costing Report, etc.
  • Participate and organise HR activities and project such as sports activities, annual dinner, festival gift arrangement, etc.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by Superior/ Management from time-to-time.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking system, job posting, and social media platforms, etc.
  • Strong MS applications skiils.
